Lasting Powers of Attorney
A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is used to authorise who will look after your affairs if you become too ill to do so yourself. You chose the person you would like to act as your Attorney.
We will :-
- Explain the complex questionnaire necessary for the appointment of the Attorney
- Take your instructions and advise you best to implement them
- Register the LPA
